This policy explains what information Storyboard Studio ("we") collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We keep data collection to the minimum required to operate the Service.

本政策说明分镜工坊（"我们"）收集哪些信息、为何收集，以及你可以如何行使权利。我们仅收集运营本服务所必需的最少信息。

We do not ask for your name, phone number, or address to use the Service.

使用本服务不需要你提供姓名、手机号或地址。

3. How your text is processed / 文本如何处理

Your submitted text is sent to a third-party large language model API to generate the result you requested.
We do not permanently store your submitted text in our own database, and we do not use it to train models.
Model providers and our infrastructure provider may retain request logs for a limited period for billing, security, and abuse-prevention purposes.
Your text stays in your browser until you clear it or close the page.

请不要提交你不希望被第三方模型服务处理的敏感内容，包括真实姓名、身份证号、联系方式、商业秘密等。

4. Cookies and local storage / Cookie 与本地存储

We use your browser's local storage only to remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

我们仅使用浏览器本地存储来记住界面偏好，不使用广告 Cookie 或第三方追踪像素。

5. Third parties / 第三方

Model provider — processes your submitted text to generate output.
Cloud infrastructure provider — hosts the Service and routes model requests.
Waffo Pancake — acts as Merchant of Record for payments, handling card data and tax. We never see or store your full card number.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention / 数据保留

Submitted text and generated output are not retained by us after the request completes, except in technical logs kept for billing and security purposes for the period required by our providers.

For content-safety auditing we record metadata of rejected requests only — timestamp, the prohibited category matched, and a request identifier — retained for 90 days. The rejected text itself is not stored. See the AIGC Acceptable Use Policy for the moderation mechanism.

为内容安全审计之目的，我们仅记录被拒绝请求的元数据（时间、命中的禁止类别、请求标识），保留 90 天；被拒绝的正文内容不予保存。内容审核机制详见《AIGC 使用规范》。

7. Your rights / 你的权利

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Children / 未成年人

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International transfers / 跨境传输

Your submitted text may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.

10. Security / 安全

All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes / 变更

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
