Storyboard Studio ("the Service", "we", "us") is an AI-assisted screenplay and storyboard generation tool operated by an individual developer based in mainland China. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
分镜工坊（以下简称"本服务"）是一款 AI 辅助的分镜脚本生成工具，由中国大陆个人开发者运营。你访问或使用本服务，即表示同意本条款。
The Service accepts text you submit (such as fiction excerpts) and uses third-party large language models to generate episode breakdowns, character sheets, and shot-by-shot storyboard scripts, including English image-generation prompts. All output is plain text. The Service does not generate, render, or host images, audio, or video; prompts are for use in third-party tools at your discretion.
本服务接收你提交的文本（如小说片段），调用第三方大语言模型，生成拆集规划、角色设定卡、逐镜分镜脚本以及英文生图提示词。全部输出均为纯文本，本服务不生成、不渲染、不托管图像、音频或视频文件；提示词需你自行在第三方工具中使用。所使用的模型见第 3.5 条及《AIGC 使用规范》。
You may use the Service without creating an account. You are responsible for all activity performed through your access to the Service.
本服务为 AIGC 文本生成服务，输出为纯文本（拆集规划、角色卡、分镜脚本与英文提示词），本服务自身不生成图像、音频或视频文件。以下禁止事项适用于输入、过程与输出全链路。

You must not use the Service to generate, rewrite, storyboard, or optimise any of the following six categories. The full definitions are set out in the AIGC Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
你不得使用本服务生成、改写、分镜化或优化以下六类内容。完整定义见《AIGC 使用规范》，该规范为本条款的组成部分：
Violations are handled in escalating steps: rejection of the request, removal of generated content, restriction or reset of quota, permanent account and credential ban, and — for child-safety, credible threats, terrorism or serious illegality — report to the competent authorities. Where a violation causes us to be claimed against, fined by a payment provider, or investigated by a regulator, you bear the resulting liability.
违规按情节分级处置：拒绝请求 → 删除生成内容 → 限制或清零额度 → 永久封禁账号与访问凭证；涉及儿童安全、明确人身威胁、恐怖主义或重大违法的，另行依法向主管机关报告并配合调查。因你违反本条导致我们被索赔、被支付机构处罚或被监管调查的，你应承担相应责任。
Anyone — including users who have not registered — may report prohibited content or abuse by emailing 3142718451@qq.com with the subject prefix [ABUSE]. General enquiries and complaints go to the same address. Please include the content or a screenshot, the generation time if known, and the prohibited category. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and complete review within 3 business days; urgent child-safety or personal-safety reports are prioritised and marked [URGENT] in the subject line.
任何人（含未注册用户）均可发送邮件至 3142718451@qq.com 举报违规内容或滥用行为，请在邮件标题注明 [ABUSE]；一般咨询与投诉使用同一地址。请在邮件中提供违规内容或其截图、生成时间，以及对应的禁止类别编号。我们在 24 小时内确认受理，3 个工作日内完成核查并告知结果；涉及儿童安全或人身安全的举报优先处理，请在标题注明 [URGENT]。
We operate four layers: (1) input-side safety filtering before any model call, rejecting requests that match prohibited categories; (2) model-side constraints, including safety policies enforced by the model provider and content boundaries fixed in our system prompt; (3) output-side sampling checks, withholding results that trip high-risk signals; (4) human review of reported content, high-frequency rejection sources and flagged samples. For compliance audit we retain metadata of rejected events only (timestamp, matched category, request identifier) and not the rejected text.
我们采用四层机制：① 输入侧在调用模型前做安全过滤，命中禁止类别即拒绝；② 模型侧受供应商安全策略约束，并在系统提示中固化内容边界；③ 输出侧对结果做关键词与语义抽检，命中高风险信号不予展示；④ 对举报内容、被拒请求的高频来源与抽检异常样本进行人工复核。为合规审计之目的，我们仅记录拒绝事件的元数据（时间、命中类别、请求标识），不保存被拒绝的正文。
The Service uses a platform-provided Auto router over enabled third-party text LLMs, currently including DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash / V4-Pro, GLM-5.3 / 5.2, Kimi-K3 / K3.1-Pro, Hunyuan-2.0-Thinking, MiniMax-M2.5 / M3.1-Flash, Step-5-Preview and MiMo-V2.6-Pro. The Service does not call image or video generation models. The model in effect at generation time is shown in the generation interface; the current list is maintained in section 6 of the AIGC Acceptable Use Policy.
本服务默认使用平台提供的智能路由（Auto），在已启用的第三方文本大模型中自动匹配，当前包括 DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash / V4-Pro、GLM-5.3 / 5.2、Kimi-K3 / K3.1-Pro、Hunyuan-2.0-Thinking、MiniMax-M2.5 / M3.1-Flash、Step-5-Preview、MiMo-V2.6-Pro。本服务不调用图像生成模型，也不调用视频生成模型。生成时实际使用的模型会显示在生成界面，完整清单见《AIGC 使用规范》第 6 节。
You retain all rights to the text you submit. You grant us only the limited licence necessary to process that text and return a result to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use the generated output for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including producing videos.

AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate or original. Large language models can produce incorrect, incomplete, or coincidentally similar output. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before publishing or commercial use.
AI 生成结果不保证准确或独创。大语言模型可能产生错误、不完整或与他人作品偶然相似的内容。发布或商用前，你需自行审阅并承担相应责任。
Certain features may be subject to a fee. Current prices are displayed on the Service before purchase. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record partner, Waffo Pancake, which acts as the legal seller for the transaction and handles applicable taxes and chargebacks.
本服务部分功能可能收费，具体价格在购买前于服务页面展示。支付由名义销售方（MoR）Waffo Pancake 处理，其作为交易的法定销售方，负责相关税费与拒付处理。
Because generated output is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once generation has completed successfully. If a generation fails for technical reasons and no usable output was delivered, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a refund or restore the credit.
由于生成结果以数字形式即时交付，生成成功后原则上不支持退款。若因技术原因生成失败且未交付可用结果，请在 7 日内联系我们，我们将退款或恢复额度。
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
